James Ryan

James Ryan is a Director and Lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and property law, wills and powers of attorney, as well as deceased estate litigation and will disputes. His practice involves advising clients on property transactions, business sales and purchases, lease negotiations, and estate planning matters. James is committed to providing clear and practical legal solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses. James is an active member of the legal community, holding membership with the Law Institute of Victoria and serving as a Committee Member of the Western District Law Association. He also contributes to the cultural life of the region as a Trustee and Director of the Warrnambool Art Gallery Foundation. He divides his time between the firm’s Warrnambool office, where he works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, and the Port Fairy office on Wednesdays. Outside of his legal career, James enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf and supporting the Old Collegians Football Club.
