Toni Dunshea

Toni Dunshea leads the Property Team at our Round Corner Office, bringing a wealth of experience to Peter Dawson & Associates since joining in 2011. Her early career as a Lending Manager with a retail bank has equipped her with strong communication and management skills, which enhance her ability to guide clients through complex property transactions with clarity and efficiency. As a Licensed Conveyancer, Toni assists clients with a comprehensive range of property matters, including drafting and reviewing Contracts for Sale, managing auction contracts and off-the-plan purchases, and handling various types of property titles such as Torrens, old system, qualified and limited, strata, community, and leasehold titles. She expertly manages key conveyancing processes, including the preparation of Section 66W Certificates, advising on cooling off periods and deposits, and coordinating with financial institutions on deposit bonds, loans, mortgages, and discharges. Toni is committed to ensuring smooth execution of contracts, exchange, and settlement, and provides tailored advice for first home buyers, including information on the First Home Owner Grant. She also offers guidance on easements and covenants that may affect property titles, helping clients make informed decisions throughout their property transactions.
