Mackenzie Gunn

Mackenzie Gunn is an Associate with extensive experience advising companies, their officers, and external administrators on a broad range of issues under the Corporations Act. She regularly acts in both State and Federal Court proceedings, handling matters such as commercial recoveries, breaches of directors’ statutory and fiduciary duties, shareholder and partnership disputes, as well as property and joint venture disagreements.
