Julieanne Nolan

Julieanne Nolan is a dedicated solicitor at Duke Legal with a strong foundation in various fields of law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. As an active member of both the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Society, Julieanne remains committed to her professional development and upholding the highest standards of legal practice. Currently, Julieanne focuses her practice on Wills and Estate Administration, as well as Commercial Law. Her background in Family Law has equipped her with the skills to compassionately assist clients through the often complex processes of deceased estate administration. She takes pride in providing support and guidance during emotionally challenging times. In her commercial practice, Julieanne offers her expertise to clients in areas such as leasing and the buying and selling of businesses, ensuring they receive comprehensive advice tailored to their needs. Having grown up in Emerald, Central Queensland, Julieanne has called the Sunshine Coast home for the past 11 years. She balances her professional life with a vibrant personal one, actively engaging in her children’s extracurricular and sporting activities. Julieanne is a passionate supporter of the Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team, holding a Captains Club Membership and never missing a game. Her love for the region extends to exploring its scenic beauty and enjoying its dining venues with friends and family.
