Robert Elliott

Rob Elliott is a Director at M.J Duffy & Son, bringing a strong connection to regional New South Wales and extensive experience across multiple aspects of legal practice. Raised in Dubbo, Rob began his legal career as a clerk at a local law firm while completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England, graduating in 2008. He was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2009 and registered on the High Court of Australia Register of Legal Practitioners shortly thereafter. Rob initially practised in Wagga Wagga before returning to Dubbo in 2012 to join M.J Duffy & Son. His commitment and expertise saw him made a partner in 2014. Rob’s practice encompasses rural, residential and commercial property law, commercial transactions, and the sale and purchase of businesses. He also advises on business structuring, leasing matters, liquor licensing, as well as wills, estate planning and estate disputes. His broad legal experience ensures clients receive practical, well-rounded advice tailored to their specific needs.
