Alison Drayton

Alison Drayton is the Principal of the firm, bringing a distinctive international background to her legal practice in Sydney. Having grown up in the Caribbean and practised at the bar in London, Alison offers a broad and diverse understanding of legal matters, which she has further developed over nearly two decades practising in Australia. Alison has been involved in several notable cases, including Dimitriou v Piscopo [2021] FCA 1201, Wong v Wong (No 2) [2022] FCA 269, and a series of matters relating to the bankrupt estate of Kapp, such as Aravanis (Trustee) v Kapp [2023] FCA 702 and Aravanis (Trustee) v The Trustee of the Twin Trust, NSD 853 of 2019.
