He is adept at handling a broad range of employment-related matters, including unfair dismissal claims, general protections, performance management, termination of employment, contracts, restraints of trade, NES entitlements, awards and enterprise agreements. His knowledge extends to issues surrounding superannuation and taxation, workplace bullying and harassment, occupational health and safety, workplace policies and procedures, as well as transfers of business, redundancies and organisational restructuring.
