About Andrew
Andrew Doyle established Doyle Wilson in 1984 in Goondiwindi, a key agricultural centre on the Queensland–New South Wales border within the McIntyre River valley. Drawing on his rural upbringing on a commercial farming and grazing property in the Upper Hunter, Andrew built a practice focused on agribusiness law and the broad legal needs of regional clients. In 1993, Andrew was joined by Lachlan Wilson, contributing to the firm’s expansion and the opening of a Sydney central business district office in 2003. While based in Sydney, Andrew maintains strong ties to the Goondiwindi office through regular visits. Andrew’s extensive experience includes advising businesses across agriculture and diverse industries, including startups and small to medium enterprises. He has also provided consulting services to company boards, bringing insight to corporate governance and compliance. His principal areas of work encompass commercial law, rural property transactions, and succession matters. Andrew’s expertise spans corporate advisory, contract negotiation and administration, risk management, property conveyancing and leasing, as well as wills, estate planning and administration. Through decades of practice, Andrew Doyle offers clients a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues facing agribusinesses and regional enterprises, supported by practical commercial experience.
