Kai Beyerle

Kai Beyerle is a Director with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania. He is admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia. Kai’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and property law matters. He advises clients on issues related to property use and development, including easements, subdivisions, and dealings with the Land Titles Office. His experience extends to leasing arrangements, commercial and residential conveyancing, as well as the preparation and negotiation of loan documentation, mortgages, and security agreements. Kai is also involved in business acquisitions and disposals, providing guidance on business structuring and asset protection. He supports organisations with governance matters, helping charities, not-for-profits, and statutory authorities with constitutions, governing documents, and compliance with legislative requirements. Additionally, Kai offers contract drafting and advice, along with services related to wills, estate planning, and the administration of estates. With a background in agriculture, Kai has a strong interest in primary industries and regularly assists clients involved in agriculture, forestry, mining, and fisheries. Beyond his legal practice, Kai contributes to the community as Director and Vice-Chair of the Clifford Craig Foundation.
