Oliver Lacey

Oliver is the Principal of Doolan Wagner Family Lawyers and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law, where he achieved a High Distinction average. With extensive experience in family law, Oliver provides expert guidance across a range of complex matters, including high-conflict parenting disputes, high-value property settlements involving intricate corporate and trust structures, and spousal maintenance claims. His expertise also extends to de facto relationship disputes, the setting aside and enforcement of financial agreements, child support matters, and trial advocacy. Oliver is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and Family Dispute Resolution, helping clients resolve issues efficiently and amicably. He is an active Committee Member of the NSW Law Society’s Family Law Committee, a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section, and volunteers at the Marrickville Legal Centre.
