Emilia Turnbull

Emilia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Security Studies from Macquarie University, as well as a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from the University of NSW. She has experience in a variety of property and parenting matters and brings a background in Wills & Estates law and Family Provision litigation to her practice. With a foundation in International Law, Emilia is committed to upholding community values and takes an empathetic approach to addressing client concerns. Her strong communication skills and attention to detail enable her to collaborate effectively with senior lawyers at Doolan Wagner Family Lawyers. Emilia is passionate about promoting access to justice and advocating for vulnerable individuals in disputes. Outside of work, she is learning Portuguese and volunteers with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
