John Loneragan

John Loneragan has practised as a solicitor since his admission in the early 1990s, bringing extensive experience primarily in property law. He manages all facets of conveyancing, covering residential, commercial, and rural property transactions. John holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Legal Studies, combining these qualifications to approach matters with a strong understanding of both legal and economic considerations. His legal career began at L Rundle Solicitors in Sydney before he returned to Mudgee to join Dear & Loneragan Solicitors, now known as DLH Solicitors. Early in his career, John represented clients in criminal and family law, gaining valuable broad-based legal experience. As the firm’s practice expanded, he focused increasingly on developing its conveyancing services. After selling his partnership in DLH Solicitors in 2006, John continued with the firm as a consultant solicitor. He remains an integral part of the practice under its current leadership, maintaining long-standing client relationships and providing expert guidance on property transactions.
