About Danielle
Danielle is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She currently serves as Senior Associate in our Queensland offices. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Criminology and a Bachelor of Laws with honours, graduating on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence. Her practice is focused exclusively on criminal law, encompassing a broad range of matters including appeals and confiscation proceedings. Danielle acts in significant criminal cases involving drug possession, supply, trafficking and production, assault, murder and attempted murder, armed robbery, and major corporate crime. She also appears in Commonwealth matters and handles various traffic offences such as dangerous driving and applications for restricted licences. Danielle’s experience spans all jurisdictions within Queensland, where she leads some of the most high-profile and complex criminal cases. In addition, Danielle regularly represents clients before the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) and the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC). Her work in these settings demands a thorough understanding of the relevant legislation to ensure that her clients’ legal rights are vigorously protected. Beyond her professional commitments, Danielle contributes pro bono services at the Gold Coast Community Legal Centre and maintains a keen interest in the legal issues surrounding miscarriages of justice.
