About Lorelle
Lorelle Longbottom is an experienced family lawyer with a practice encompassing family law, de facto relationship law, mediation, independent children’s representation, and surrogacy matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong, graduating in 2003, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004. Lorelle began her legal career practising in the Shoalhaven region before joining DGB Lawyers in 2008. Her dedication and expertise led to her becoming a partner at the firm in July 2011. She is a nationally accredited mediator and a trained collaborative lawyer, enhancing her capacity to assist clients through dispute resolution processes with a focus on constructive outcomes. Additionally, she is appointed to Legal Aid NSW’s Independent Children’s Lawyer and Family Law panels, reflecting her recognised competence in family law matters. Throughout her career, Lorelle has maintained a client-centred approach, striving to achieve her clients’ goals efficiently and with clarity. She is committed to guiding clients through the often complex legal system, ensuring they understand each step and remain confident and informed throughout their matter. Beyond her legal practice, Lorelle has contributed to legal education as a lecturer in Corporations Law and Tourism and Hospitality Law at TAFE NSW. When not practising law, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and particularly values opportunities to unwind by the water, disconnected from technology.
