Jemin Jo

Jemin Jo is a dedicated practitioner in Civil and Commercial Litigation, having built a robust legal career since his admission to practice in Western Australia in 2013. An alumnus of the University of Western Australia, Jemin possesses a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance major, reflecting a solid foundation in both legal and financial principles. Throughout his career, Jemin has gained valuable experience working in boutique and national law firms, allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of various civil matters. His practice encompasses a wide array of cases, including but not limited to, contractual disputes, building disputes, wills and estates, and debt recovery matters. Jemin’s legal acumen is further demonstrated by his adept handling of dispute resolution, mediation, and conciliation procedures, showcasing his capability in navigating complex legal landscapes. Additionally, Jemin has a breadth of experience in criminal and traffic matters, highlighting his versatility as a legal professional. His diverse background enables him to manage a range of client needs effectively. Outside the courtroom, Jemin is an enthusiastic swing dancer, participating in Lindy Hop and West Coast styles. He is actively involved with the Perth Swing Dance Society, where he not only enjoys dance but also fosters community engagement.
