Tricia Gilmour

Tricia Gilmour is an experienced legal practitioner with a comprehensive background in commercial and business law, wills and estates, and property law. She completed her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of Tasmania in 1996 and was admitted to practice law in Tasmania in 1997. Early in her career, Tricia expanded her legal expertise by gaining admission in New South Wales in 1998, where she practised primarily in criminal law, local government, and environmental law. Her experience also includes serving as an in-house solicitor for the City of Sydney Council in 2002 before taking her career overseas. After returning to Australia in 2010, Tricia joined Delaney & Delaney in 2012, and in 2017 she began practising in Queensland, focusing on commercial and business law, wills and estates, and property law.
