Kristy Schaeffer

Kristy Schaeffer is a dedicated legal practitioner admitted in Queensland in 2004, following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Human Movement Science at Southern Cross University in 2003. Her career commenced with Delaney & Delaney Solicitors, where she honed her skills as a graduate solicitor from 2004 to 2007. With a desire to widen her legal acumen, Kristy ventured into in-house roles with Queensland Health and the Queensland University of Technology, gaining valuable insights into the complexities and demands of internal legal frameworks. Kristy made her return to Delaney & Delaney in 2017, where she has since focused her practice on Wills & Estates law. Her work encompasses all facets of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation, areas in which she has developed significant expertise.
