Meagan de Voil

Meagan de Voil is the principal of de Voil Legal, bringing extensive experience gained over many years in private practice. She graduated from Monash University in 1995 with an honours degree in Law alongside a degree in Economics and was admitted to practice law in 1996. Meagan’s career has included working internationally in London before returning to Australia in 2000. Over time, her focus has centred on Wills and Estates, an area she has practised exclusively for the past decade. She is committed to guiding individuals and families through these often sensitive and complex matters with a deep understanding of the emotional and legal intricacies involved. Meagan’s approach prioritises personalised client service. She offers flexibility in meeting arrangements, including after hours, weekends, or at clients’ homes, recognising the challenges of balancing work, family life, and health considerations. Her dedication to developing lasting relationships means she provides ongoing support and advice to clients throughout their lives. Outside the workplace, Meagan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new travel destinations, supporting her favourite AFL team, and indulging her interests in food, movies, walking, and reading.
