Matthew Buchanan

Matthew Buchanan is the Principal of the firm, admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Matthew has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including property law, business and commercial law, wills and enduring powers of attorney, as well as the administration, challenge, and dispute resolution of deceased estates. He also represents clients in criminal law matters, acting for defendants across various jurisdictions.
