John Devlin

John Devlin is the Principal at the firm and has been admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 1988. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland Institute of Technology, now known as Queensland University of Technology. John’s extensive experience encompasses commercial and property law, with a focus on leasing and matters related to small business. He also advises on dispute resolution and insolvency, as well as succession law including wills, enduring powers of attorney, and the administration and contesting of deceased estates.
