Amy Nikolovski

Amy Nikolovski is the Managing Partner at DBH Lawyers, bringing extensive experience in workers compensation, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability, and general civil litigation. She leads the firm’s estate litigation practice, regularly representing clients in the Supreme Court in both hearings and mediations. Amy is recognised as a leading lawyer in her field across South Australia and nationally. Her leadership roles extend beyond her practice, having served as President of the Law Society of South Australia in 2019—only the fourth woman to hold this position in its 140-year history. She remains deeply involved with the Society, contributing to various boards and committees. A passionate advocate for gender equity and diversity, Amy previously chaired the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Committee and represented South Australia on the Law Council of Australia’s Equal Opportunity Committee from 2018 to 2021. She is also a sought-after speaker on these topics, delivering presentations throughout South Australia and on a national platform. In 2020, Amy was recognised in InDaily’s 40 Under 40 awards, highlighting her as one of South Australia’s top emerging business leaders under 40. Beyond managing one of the firm’s Personal Injury Teams, she oversees Business Development and Marketing at DBH Lawyers and founded the women’s professional networking group Doing Business in Heels.
