Mark Davies

Mark Davies established Davies & Co Lawyers in Perth, Western Australia, with the aim of building a distinguished family law practice focused on delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. He also provides mediation and family dispute resolution services, supporting clients through often complex and sensitive family matters. Mark earned his Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Leeds in England. After moving to Australia in 2009, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Western Australia. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the High Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Mark maintains active membership with the Law Society of Western Australia, the Law Society of England and Wales, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia. He is recognised as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. In addition to his private practice work, Mark contributes to Legal Aid Western Australia by serving on panels including the Family Law Panel, Dispute Resolution Panel, and Restraining Order Panel. He also acts as a Chairperson in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit at Legal Aid Western Australia, overseeing matters related to parenting arrangements and property settlements.
