Davidson & Sullivan Solicitors was founded in 1979 by Lionel Davidson and Tom Sullivan, establishing a practice in Toowoomba known for delivering clear and practical legal advice across a broad range of matters. The firm serves a diverse client base, concentrating on areas including commercial law, conveyancing, leasing, property development, civil litigation, elder law, as well as wills and estates. David Meara has been with Davidson & Sullivan since 1993 and was admitted to practice in 1998 after earning his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology. He brings extensive experience in commercial and business law, property development, litigation, leasing, and estate law. Mr Meara has actively contributed to the legal profession through roles such as serving on the Council of the Queensland Law Society and as President of the Downs & Southwest Queensland Law Association. Beyond his legal commitments, he supports local communities, participating on the management committee for the Toowoomba Clydesdales and acting as the honourary solicitor for the Drayton Bowls Club.
