Mark Morrow

Mark Morrow is a Senior Solicitor with extensive experience in providing consultancy advice and advocacy across a broad range of legal matters, including criminal, traffic, and domestic violence cases before the Courts. He has held senior roles such as Senior Registrar at Rockhampton and Cairns Courts and has served as an Acting Magistrate for over 25 years. During this time, Mark has presided over proceedings involving civil, criminal, coronial, domestic violence, family law, and QCAT matters. Mark brings a comprehensive understanding and skilled approach to defending clients in complex and demanding disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queensland University of Technology and is admitted to practice in both Queensland and Commonwealth courts. In addition, Mark serves as a Justice of the Peace (Magistrates Court) and is an active member of the Queensland Justices Association. He regularly contributes to the legal community by delivering training sessions and updates to members and presenting at workshops organised by the Rockhampton Justices Association.
