David Mills is the Principal Solicitor of the firm, bringing over 35 years of legal experience across both public and private sectors. He personally oversees all work undertaken by staff to ensure clients receive high-quality service and effective representation. David’s career includes senior roles, such as serving as second in charge of one of the Official Misconduct Units at the Queensland Criminal Justice Commission. Throughout his career, he has been involved in significant matters, including the successful prosecution of a Queensland Police Commissioner, exposure of dishonest professional conduct by a psychologist, and handling complex international custody disputes. He is committed to the principles of justice and the presumption of innocence, applying these values in all client matters.
