Simon Singer

Simon Singer serves as the Managing Director at David Landa Stewart, bringing vast expertise in residential and commercial financing, construction law, property law, franchising, and business transactions. With honours degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney, Simon was admitted as a solicitor in 1991. His early career at Allens provided him with profound experience in commercial property and planning, where he advanced to Senior Associate. Over the years, Simon has distinguished himself in business and commercial law, property development, and financing, as well as navigating complex land tax issues, estate planning, and contested estates. Since becoming Principal and Managing Partner in 2002, Simon has spearheaded the firm's growth and innovation. He manages DLS Property Solutions and leads the firm’s Charitable Program, highlighting his dedication to both professional and community service. As a co-author of Practical Guidance – Probate for LexisNexis, he continues to contribute to legal scholarship. His affiliations include membership in the Society of Estates and Trust Practitioners and PEXA. Simon's commitment to public service is reflected in his roles as Executor for deceased estates and Honorary Solicitor for communal organisations.
