Cav. David Singer

Cav. David Singer is the Director with over 55 years in private practice, focusing on commercial and business law, as well as property law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in 1959. David's practice is recognised for expertise in business and commercial law, property law, property and project finance, and land tax advice. Throughout his career, David has amassed extensive experience in corporate, banking, and commercial law, dealing with company incorporation, financial transactions, compliance with Corporations Act requirements, and securing finance for corporate clients. He is also proficient in trusts and estates, with a keen ability in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and resolving commercial disputes. Notably, David is esteemed as an authority on NSW land tax operations. His contributions to the Italian community in Sydney were recognised by the Italian Government, which awarded him the title of Cavaliere in 1975.
