Elizabeth Cohen

Elizabeth Cohen is a solicitor at David H Cohen & Co, bringing a strong academic background and a compassionate approach to her legal practice. After earning her Juris Doctor from Sydney University, Elizabeth expanded her legal understanding through international studies, including Chinese Law and Legal Systems at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, Advanced Obligations and Remedies (Trust Law) at Cambridge University, and Philosophy of Law at Humboldt University in Berlin. She further pursued a Master’s degree in applied Family Law, which underpins her work in assisting clients through family law matters. Elizabeth is committed to supporting clients as they navigate the challenges that arise from separation, helping them to address the financial and emotional impact on their families. She guides clients in articulating their circumstances clearly and effectively in Affidavits and legal documentation, ensuring their cases are presented accurately and persuasively to the courts.
