About Jordan
Jordan D’Angelo holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2016. He gained admission to the High Court of Australia in 2017. Since his admission, Jordan has predominantly practised in criminal law and family law, while also assisting clients with matters related to estate planning and probate. Jordan regularly appears in the Magistrates Court and District Court handling a range of criminal matters, including traffic offences, summary offences such as resisting and hindering police, assaults, intervention orders, drug offences, as well as firearms and weapons offences. In family law, he represents clients in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court, addressing issues including property settlements, children’s matters and divorce. In addition to conducting hearings and trials, Jordan also acts as an instructing solicitor, collaborating closely with counsel when cases require expert advocacy. He maintains strong professional relationships with leading barristers in South Australia and works closely with Paul D’Angelo on trials and appeals. Clients facing challenging circumstances appreciate Jordan’s approachable manner and commitment to resolving their matters efficiently and cost-effectively. Outside of his legal practice, Jordan enjoys playing basketball and hiking in the Adelaide Hills.
