Christos Tsonis

Christos Tsonis is the founder and director of CXT Legal, bringing extensive experience in corporate law and governance. He holds law degrees from Flinders University Law School and the University of Melbourne. Christos is known for his practical and strategic approach, combining legal expertise with a commercial focus to help clients achieve their business goals. He has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, capital and debt raisings, and corporate governance. Christos has led the successful completion of numerous significant private market transactions, earning a reputation as one of South Australia’s preferred lawyers in commercial dealings. His expertise has been recognised in the Doyle’s Guide listings for leading South Australian Commercial Lawyers across multiple years including 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Under his leadership, CXT Legal was also acknowledged in 2019 as one of South Australia’s fastest growing businesses by revenue, ranking in the Top 25 of the SA Fast Movers Program. In 2023, Christos was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards in both Corporate and Commercial categories, winning the National Corporate Partner of the Year award.
