Tom Sullivan brings a wealth of experience in family law, having practised exclusively in this field prior to joining Curwen-Walker Lawyers. His background includes work in the judicial chambers of the Family Court of Australia and service as a Deputy Registrar in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, providing him with a deep understanding of court processes and judicial considerations. Throughout his career, Tom has handled a wide range of family law matters, including complex cases in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. He offers practical legal advice across various aspects of family law such as property settlements, parenting disputes, complex property issues, de facto relationships, relocation matters, superannuation splitting, binding financial agreements, divorce, and intervention orders.
