Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is a solicitor and director with extensive experience in commercial, property and estate law. Since joining CSG Law in 2005, she has supported a diverse range of clients, from first home buyers to experienced property developers and business owners. Sarah’s practical and personable approach ensures that matters are managed efficiently while maintaining a focus on achieving positive outcomes and a rewarding client experience. Her expertise covers key areas including conveyancing, retirement village transactions, property developments, business matters, wills and estate administration, leasing and broader property law. Sarah's careful attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities contribute to delivering solutions that are both cost effective and timely. Beyond her legal practice, Sarah serves as president of the Fraser Coast District Law Association, fostering connections among legal practitioners and nurturing relationships within the local community. She is also a member of the Xavier Catholic College Pastoral Board, reflecting her commitment to community engagement. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society and plays an active leadership role in the Fraser Coast District Law Association.
