Jennifer Tweddell

Jennifer Tweddell is a solicitor with extensive experience in personal injury claims, estate planning, employment disputes, and litigation. Since joining CSG Law in 2014, she has taken responsibility for the firm’s litigation matters, offering clients practical and efficient advice aimed at resolving issues both promptly and cost-effectively. Jennifer’s background includes assistance with a broad range of estate-related matters, including Will preparation, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and estate administration. Her approach emphasises clear communication, ensuring clients understand the legal process and their options throughout their matter. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland before undertaking her practical legal training as an Articled Clerk in Brisbane. Jennifer is admitted to practise in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Committed to service beyond private practice, Jennifer contributes as a pro bono solicitor with the Taylor Street Community Legal Service and maintains active involvement in the Queensland Law Society and Fraser Coast District Law Association.
