About Hayley
Hayley was admitted as a lawyer in 2014 and has since dedicated her practice exclusively to personal injury law. She assists clients with a diverse range of compensation claims, including those related to motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, public liability, and medical negligence. With a particular interest in catastrophic and serious injury claims, Hayley has successfully represented numerous clients involved in severe motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. Her commitment to understanding the unique challenges faced by her clients has led her to spend significant time working directly with the Central Queensland community, focusing on workplace injuries in the heavy industry sector. This experience has enhanced Hayley's ability to navigate the complexities inherent in such claims and deliver tailored legal solutions. Hayley's legal journey began in 2010, when she first collaborated with Shane in support roles while completing her university studies. This grassroots experience has been instrumental in shaping her comprehensive understanding of the claims process, allowing her to advocate effectively for her clients. She recognises that while the legal process cannot erase the injuries suffered by her clients, her role is to provide unwavering support and secure the best possible outcomes for them. Outside of her legal career, Hayley values time with her family and enjoys the challenge of managing a lively dachshund. An avid hockey player for over 25 years, she maintains her fitness as a regular at her local gym. Her commitment to the community is evident through her roles as a current committee member of the Redcliffe Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, a past committee member of the Moreton Bay Law Association, and a volunteer at Pine Rivers Community Legal Centre.
