Richard McNeil

Richard McNeil is the Director leading Cowell Clarke’s Property team, bringing extensive experience in property law developed over his entire career. He has managed a broad range of property matters, with a focus on substantial commercial property transactions, including large-scale residential developments, apartment projects, industrial property, as well as central business district acquisitions and disposals. In addition to private sector work, Richard has advised Commonwealth, state and local governments on commercial property matters and has been involved in a number of significant transactions on their behalf. His expertise and professional standing have been recognised by clients and peers alike. Richard is ranked in the Doyles Guide as a leading lawyer in Property and Real Estate in South Australia (2021 and 2023) and is recommended for his leasing law experience.
