Megan Jongebloed

Megan Jongebloed is Chair of Cowell Clarke and leads the firm’s Commercial Transactions and Corporate practice groups. She brings extensive experience across corporate and commercial law, working closely with clients to align legal strategies with their commercial objectives. Megan’s expertise includes advising on acquisitions and divestments of assets, businesses and companies both within Australia and internationally. She provides guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance to a diverse range of businesses and organisations. Megan has particular familiarity with the aged care and retirement living sector, focusing on transactions, restructuring, and ongoing governance matters. In addition to her corporate work, Megan supports clients in the not-for-profit sector, assisting with entity structuring, establishment, and continuing compliance. Her insight is enhanced by her role as a board member of Your Place Housing, a not-for-profit organisation.
