Skye Engwerda

Skye Engwerda is a Director at the firm and leads the private clients division. She brings over twenty years of experience, practising across family law, estate and succession planning, and employment law. Beginning her career at a national firm, Skye has developed strong commercial acumen that supports her ability to achieve favourable outcomes for her clients. Known for her exceptional negotiation skills, Skye has earned a reputation as a respected lawyer within her areas of practice. She places great emphasis on building personalised relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs, enabling her to deliver practical and results-oriented advice. Her pragmatic approach is highly regarded by those she works with. In addition to her legal practice, Skye contributes to the community through her roles on the Moama Grammar School Board and the Melbourne City Mission Advisory Group. She also initiated the firm’s volunteer pilot project in partnership with the Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre, a pioneering initiative in the region.
