Therese Ryan serves as the founder and co-director of Cornerstone Conveyancing, bringing nearly 40 years of comprehensive legal industry experience to her role. Throughout her career, Therese has worked in prominent and boutique law firms across the Mid North Coast and in Sydney, offering her a diverse perspective on conveyancing practices. Her profound understanding of modern conveyancing enables her to offer valuable market insights, making her a respected figure among her peers. Therese has developed a collaborative rapport with a wide network of industry professionals, stakeholders, and clients, elevating her practice to new heights. Therese's expertise encompasses all areas of domestic and commercial conveyancing. She also possesses significant experience in property settlement matters related to Family Law and Deceased Estate proceedings. This includes navigating property transfers under Family Law or Domestic Relationships court orders and handling Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Her academic credentials include an Associate Degree in Law from Southern Cross University. She is an active member of The Australian Institute of Conveyancers and holds the titles of Certified Practising Conveyancer, Certified PEXA member, and is a member of the PEXA Advisory Council. Beyond her professional commitments, Therese is an avid outdoor enthusiast, often found swimming at Sawtell Beach, hiking the picturesque north coast hinterland, practising yoga, or paddle boarding. Her dedication to her community is evident through her involvement in various charitable activities, including organising Cornerstone’s Annual Biggest Morning Tea, the Celebrity Chef Cando Cancer Trust Degustation Dinner, bushfire and flood relief efforts, and Christmas appeals for the Children's Ward at Coffs Harbour Children’s Hospital.
