Andrew Percival

Andrew Percival brings over 40 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on international trade. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at prominent organisations including Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Allen Linklaters, KPMG, and the Australian Customs Service. Andrew's extensive expertise covers corporate, commercial, and information technology legal services. He has provided advice to a diverse range of clients spanning both government and private sectors. Notably, he has worked with the Australian Government as well as several foreign governments. In the private sector, Andrew has supported a broad spectrum of prominent companies such as Downer, PepsiCo Australia, LG Electronics, E.I. Du Pont de Nemours, Rio Tinto, Honeywell, Reuters, Howard Smith, News Ltd, Twentieth Century Fox, Exxon Mobil, Samsung Electronics, Comalco, Toshiba Australia, and Samsung Chemicals, among others. Currently serving as Special Counsel in partnership with Construction Legal, Andrew leverages his extensive legal experience to deliver practical and informed solutions to his clients.
