Manny Conditsis

With over four decades of experience, Manny stands out as a Solicitor Advocate who has appeared as counsel in six murder trials and hearings, as well as in appeals before the Court of Criminal Appeal and the High Court. Since 1987, beginning with his first District Court jury trial in a serious assault case that resulted in his client’s acquittal, Manny has built a reputation for his advocacy in complex criminal matters. Manny achieved recognition as an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law in 2001 and has received several prestigious honours, including the NSW Law Society President’s Award for Pro Bono Services in 2012 and the Lawyers Weekly Criminal Law Partner of the Year award in 2021. His success rate in jury trials exceeds 90%, reflecting his skill and commitment to his clients. Alongside his co-director, Michal Mantaj, Manny is among a select group of Solicitor Advocates regularly appearing in serious criminal trials in the Supreme Court and handling appeals in the higher courts.
