Graham Hall

Graham is Special Counsel at Commercial & Legal, where he primarily focuses on real estate law, business sales and purchases, and corporate and commercial law. Since being admitted to practise in 2010, Graham has worked with the team at Commercial & Legal, bringing a wealth of experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documents, including commercial leases, sale and purchase of land contracts, company and shareholder agreements, as well as general commercial agreements and trusts. Graham holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of New England and the University of South Australia. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the University of New England Golden Key International Honour Society.
