Alison leads the Family Law and Wills and Estates practice at Commercial & Legal, bringing nearly two decades of legal experience to her role. Admitted to practice in 2005, she previously served as a partner at a leading Adelaide law firm before joining the team in 2024. Throughout her career, Alison has cultivated a deep commitment to Elder Law, Estates, and Family Law, combining her broad expertise as a general practitioner with a passion for supporting clients through sensitive legal and personal matters. Alison is highly regarded for her practical, client-focused approach. She excels in developing tailored succession plans, preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Care Directives, and handling all aspects of estate administration, from straightforward matters to complex high-value estates. Her work often involves navigating disputes such as challenges to wills and inheritance claims, and she regularly acts as a litigation guardian in the Supreme Court. In Family Law, Alison offers strong advocacy and negotiation skills in matters involving property settlements, children’s arrangements, and divorce.
