Chris Barron

Chris Barron is a Partner at Collas Moro Ross, leading a team focused primarily on Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in commercial litigation from the College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology. Chris is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Beyond his legal practice, Chris contributes significantly to community organisations. He serves as Vice President and Lifesaver at Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, participates as a Management Committee Member and Volunteer Solicitor for My Community Legal, volunteers at Gold Coast Community Legal Centre, and has previously served on the Management Committee of HUB Community Projects. In his personal life, Chris competes in surfboat rowing and rugby union and remains deeply involved with the Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.
