Kye Bruce

Kye Bruce is a dedicated legal practitioner admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court and High Court of New South Wales. After attaining a combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University in 2016 and completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law, Kye began his legal career with the Coastal Compensation Law Specialist team. Since joining the firm, Kye has carved a niche in representing injured claimants in a variety of personal injury claims. His practice encompasses workers' compensation claims, including work injury damages and multi-party claims, motor vehicle accident CTP claims under both the 1999 and 2017 schemes, and public liability personal injury claims. Kye possesses substantial expertise in navigating the intricacies of the old Workers Compensation Commission and Motor Accident Service/Dispute Resolution Service, and regularly appears in the recently established Personal Injury Commission. Kye is adept at advocating for clients in various proceedings, including Conciliation/Arbitrations, Mediations, informal settlement conferences, and contested hearings.
