About Solina
Solina Sam is a Partner at Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Monash University in 2012. During her studies, Solina gained practical experience through volunteering with South Eastern Migration Advice Services and the Public Interest Law Clearing House. In 2009, she contributed as an International Legal Intern with South East Asia Investigation into Social and Humanitarian Activities (SISHA) in Cambodia, where she supported victims of human trafficking in seeking justice and obtaining monetary compensation. Since joining Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers as an admitted lawyer in 2017, Solina has managed a wide range of cases including corporate migration, family law, and protection visa applications. Her work spans from initial applications through to merits review in the Administrative Review Tribunal. Solina is committed to immigration law and delivering effective results for her clients. In recognition of her expertise, Solina was acknowledged as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Institute of Victoria in November 2022.
