Michael Hung

Michael Hung is the founder and principal lawyer of ClearSky Legal. He is accredited by the Law Society of NSW in Business Law and has contributed his expertise by serving on the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee for Business Law since 2020. Michael provides comprehensive legal advice to individuals and businesses on a broad range of commercial and property law matters. He also represents clients in complex and challenging legal disputes, navigating issues with professionalism and skill. His commitment to excellence has been recognised through multiple national finalist nominations at the Australian Law Awards, including in the categories of sole practitioner of the year from 2017 to 2021, and regional or suburban lawyer of the year in 2018, 2019 and 2021. Since 2014, Michael has been appointed as a Teaching Fellow at UNSW Law & Justice, where he regularly lectures on Principles of Private Law, Contracts, Land Law and Business Associations. He also acts as a consultant to a leading international law firm in Sydney, further broadening his professional experience and insight.
