About Natasha
Natasha Hemmerling has been practising law since 2002, bringing extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas including Building and Construction Law, Business and Commercial Law, Litigation, Employment Law, Property Law, and Wills and Estates. She has provided legal advice to a diverse client base, ranging from small enterprises to large corporate entities, including private and publicly listed companies, as well as semi-government organisations at both local and national levels. Natasha’s experience encompasses advising on a variety of business transactions such as sales, joint ventures, mergers, leases, contracts, property dealings, employment matters, and franchising arrangements. A key element of Natasha’s approach is assisting clients to identify potential business risks at an early stage and delivering practical solutions tailored to the commercial challenges they face. While she regularly represents clients in courts including the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Federal, and Industrial Relations Courts, she also advocates for alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, arbitration, and conciliation, and is known for her strong negotiation skills and focus on achieving out-of-court settlements where appropriate. Natasha is dedicated to her clients, aiming to deliver the best possible outcomes and maintaining clear communication throughout the legal process. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Natasha is a member of the Law Society of South Australia. Beyond her legal practice, Natasha is actively engaged with the community and construction industry through several board roles. She serves as a board member for the Master Landscapers Association of SA, Vice Chair and board member for Carer and Community Support and Respite Inc., Advisory Board Member of the Executive Roundtable Group, and Associate Member Representative for the Civil Contractors Federation SA Board. Additionally, she is Vice Chair of the Women in Civil Committee for the Civil Contractors Federation of SA.
