Andrew Henderson

Andrew Henderson joined Clarke Hemmerling Lawyers as an Associate in March 2025. He was admitted to practice law in New South Wales in February 2019 and in South Australia in October 2020. Bringing over 20 years of legal experience from South Africa, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in commercial and property litigation. He has served as in-house counsel for a real estate investment trust listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and co-founded a legal firm where he practiced for 13 years. Andrew’s work at Clarke Hemmerling focuses on property, construction, commercial, and transactional law matters. He is dedicated to delivering clear and practical advice to clients navigating complex legal issues. Recognising the personal and financial implications often involved, Andrew approaches each matter with empathy, objectivity, and thoroughness, collaborating closely with clients to support their commercial goals.
