Monica Clark is the esteemed founder and Principal Lawyer of Clark Family Lawyers, bringing over two decades of dedicated legal service to her esteemed clientele. With a career spanning 20 years in the legal profession, Monica has honed her expertise in Family Law, seamlessly integrating her legal acumen with a wealth of life experience derived from her previous career as a nurse. Admitted to practice law in 2000, Monica’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University in 1999, followed by a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University. Her foundational education includes a Diploma of Applied Science (Nursing) from Sturt CAE, completed in 1988, which adds a compassionate and empathetic perspective to her legal practice. Monica’s practice is dedicated exclusively to Family Law, where she approaches each case with respect and sensitivity. Her profound understanding of the multifaceted issues encountered by separating couples and families enables her to deliver practical and tailored legal advice, always considering her client's unique situations. Additionally, Monica's commitment to child welfare is reflected in her registration as a member of the panel of Independent Children's Lawyers with Victoria Legal Aid.
