Elyse Cuzzilla

Elyse Cuzzilla's foray into the legal field traces back to her Year 10 work experience, igniting her enduring passion for law. Since joining Chinka (HEP) Steel in 2008, she has skilfully juggled part-time work while completing her VCE and pursuing her legal studies, accumulating over 12 years of comprehensive experience. Elyse's practice encompasses Family Law, Property & Children matters, Wills and Estates, Estate Disputes, and providing General Advice. Elyse has honed her legal acumen by obtaining a Masters degree in Wills and Estates and is further expanding her expertise in Family Law with a second Masters degree. Her legal focus predominantly lies in Family Law, navigating Family Violence cases, and tackling complex estate issues. With a keen emphasis on client well-being, Elyse adopts a compassionate and pragmatic approach, recognising the emotional challenges her clients may encounter. Her dedication to delivering practical solutions underscores her commitment to client care. Beyond her professional pursuits, Elyse is an ardent St Kilda supporter, relishing the excitement of attending football games. She also treasures spending quality time with her cherished fur-babies.
